Gwangju Dong-gu Accepts Individual Housing Price Objections Until the 29th

Dong-gu, Gwangju Metropolitan City announced on the 30th of last month that it has determined and publicly announced the 'Individual Housing Prices as of January 1, 2024,' and will accept objections until the 29th of this month.

The individual housing prices, covering a total of 10,017 units including single-family and multi-family houses, were determined after receiving opinions from owners and others, and undergoing verification by the Korea Real Estate Board and the Real Estate Price Public Announcement Committee, resulting in a 1.0% increase compared to the previous year.

The announced individual housing prices can be viewed on the Dong-gu Office website, the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure and Transport's Real Estate Price Public Announcement Information website, or at the Tax Division 1 of the district office and 13 Dong Administrative Welfare Centers.

For individual houses with submitted objections, a re-investigation of the appropriateness of the determined prices will be conducted, and after related procedures, adjusted prices will be publicly announced on June 27.

The apartment prices surveyed and calculated by the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure and Transport can also be viewed and objected to on the Real Estate Price Public Announcement Information website.
