Seoul Housing and Communities Corporation (SH Corporation) announced on the 3rd that it will publicly recruit 45 new employees.
The recruitment fields are office positions (management support and project management, IT - 20 people), technical positions (civil engineering, architecture, mechanical, electrical, landscaping - 10 people), and residential welfare positions (office, technical - 15 people). Some positions, such as management support and project management (office), architecture (technical), and office (residential welfare), will be hired through a restricted competition for persons with disabilities.
The selection process includes document screening, written tests (including personality tests), and interviews (including AI interviews), with plans to thoroughly evaluate applicants' competencies based on the National Competency Standards (NCS). The recruitment will be conducted using a fully blind method excluding personal information.
Applications will be accepted through the recruitment website from today until the 23rd. The announcement of successful candidates for document screening will be on the 5th of next month, and the written test will be held on the 15th of the same month. Interviews are scheduled to take place in July, and the final successful candidates will be announced on July 25.
