POSCO Holdings "Confirmed Former Executive's Breach of Duty Allegation"

POSCO Holdings announced on the 2nd that it has confirmed the Seoul Central District Prosecutors' Office's indictment of a former executive on charges of breach of duty. The amount involved in the charges is 4.58 million KRW.

The company stated, "The former executive was summarily indicted on charges of using a company vehicle for some private purposes," and added, "The 'amount involved in the charges' is not finalized and may change depending on the court's ruling."
