POSCO E&C to Launch Sales This Month for 'Eco City The Sharp 4th Phase' in Jeonju, Jeonbuk

POSCO E&C announced on the 2nd that it plans to launch sales this month for 'Eco City The Sharp Phase 4,' being built on Block 16 of Jeonju Eco City in Jeonbuk.

Eco City The Sharp Phase 4 will be located at 1317, Songcheon-dong 2-ga, Deokjin-gu, Jeonju-si, consisting of 5 buildings ranging from 2 basement floors to a maximum of 30 floors above ground, with a total of 576 households and exclusive areas ranging from 84 to 161㎡. The breakdown by exclusive area is 305 units of 84㎡A, 16 units of 84㎡B, 117 units of 101㎡, 1 unit of 110㎡, 133 units of 124㎡, 2 units of 141㎡, and 2 units of 161㎡. This Phase 4 complex will complete The Sharp brand town with a total of 2,646 households together with the previously supplied Phases 1 to 3.

The complex is close to KTX Jeonju Station and has excellent transportation networks including the Saemangeum-Pohang Expressway and Honam Expressway. Using Dongbu-daero and Gwahak-ro makes commuting to nearby industrial complexes convenient.
