Korea Tourism Organization Hosts Photo Exhibition 'Colors of the Earth, Colors of Korea'

From June 3 to June 2, at Daegu D'Arc Culture Center

The Korea Tourism Organization announced on the 2nd that it will hold a photo exhibition featuring Korea's beautiful natural landscapes in collaboration with National Geographic Magazine.

The organization will hold the "Colors of the Earth, Colors of Korea" photo exhibition at the Daegu D-Arc Culture Center from the 3rd until June 2nd.

The exhibition was planned to highlight the contrast between the changing Earth due to environmental pollution and Korea's beautiful natural scenery, aiming to raise awareness about the importance of sustainable tourism.

The exhibition space is divided into "Colors of the Earth" and "Colors of Korea." In "Colors of the Earth," over 20 National Geographic works are displayed, categorized by themes such as the colors of water, forests, and polar regions. In "Colors of Korea," more than 30 works selected from the organization's Photo Korea are showcased. Visitors can experience artworks depicting Korea's landscapes through six color themes, including fields of red poppies, vibrant green forests, and pristine white snowy scenes.

Kim Kyung-soo, head of the Digital Content Team at the Korea Tourism Organization, said, "This will be an opportunity to introduce Korea's attractive landscapes while also emphasizing the importance of eco-friendly travel culture to preserve our beautiful environment."
