LS MnM, 6th Year of Carbon Reduction Tree Planting Event... "Over 1,200 Trees Planted in Total"

LS MnM announced on the 2nd that it held the '6th MnM Greener Campaign' at Noeul Park in Sangam, Mapo-gu, Seoul. The Greener Campaign is a carbon offset activity that purifies air damaged by greenhouse gases. The campaign name MnM is an abbreviation of the phrase 'Make nature Matter.'

Since 2019, LS MnM has been continuing the event annually in spring as an employee participation activity. This year, the number of activities was increased to twice.

At the campaign site that day, 15 employees including Vice Chairman and CEO Do Seok-gu participated. They planted about 200 tree seedlings such as Mongolian oak and sawtooth oak, which reduce carbon dioxide and fine dust. The total number of trees planted since the first event has exceeded 1,200.

Vice Chairman Do said, "I hope that small but precious actions will become a step that positively influences future generations."
