Shin Hyundai, president of HD Hyundai Samho, the largest company in the southwestern region of Jeonnam, participated in the 'Relay Campaign to Support the Establishment of the National Mokpo University College of Medicine.'

On the 2nd, President Shin and key executives including Vice Presidents Han Jeong-dong and Kim Hwan-gyu expressed their support for the establishment of the National Mokpo University College of Medicine in front of the company headquarters' large LED display board, holding promotional materials with messages such as "We actively support the establishment of the National Mokpo University College of Medicine," "Establish the National Mokpo University College of Medicine to resolve medical vulnerability," and "The 34-year-long wish of Mokpo citizens, the College of Medicine, should be at National Mokpo University."

President Shin expressed his expectations, saying, "If a medical school is established in the southwestern region of Jeonnam, where the shipbuilding industry is developed, the medical environment will be drastically improved, which can enhance industrial competitiveness."

Designated as the next relay participant by Jeong Hyun-taek, chairman of the Mokpo Chamber of Commerce and Industry, President Shin named Woo Seung-hee, mayor of Yeongam County, and Kang Chan-won, chairman of the Yeongam County Council, as the next participants.
