Realizing the Happy City Sacheon

Sacheon City in Gyeongnam announced on the 2nd that it conducted the ‘2024 First Half Employee Courtesy Mindset Improvement Training’ for over 400 public officials at the city hall auditorium to enhance citizens’ satisfaction with administrative services through courteous service.


Sacheon-si Conducts First Half-Year Employee Courtesy Mindset Improvement Training Sacheon City is conducting employee training to improve customer service mindset in the first half of 2024.

This training was organized to strengthen public officials’ courteous mindset and capabilities in civil service, aiming to gain citizens’ trust and realize ‘A New Beginning, Happy City Sacheon’ that satisfies its residents.


On the day, Lee Juno, CEO of CS Solution HR Education Consulting, focused on training techniques for handling civil complaints under the theme ‘Delivering the Heart in Civil Complaints Response,’ covering positive first impressions, active listening, and empathetic attitudes to prevent dissatisfaction factors.


In particular, the training included practical, field-oriented guidance on coping with malicious complaints, which have recently emerged as a social issue, providing substantial help to public officials in charge of civil complaint duties.


A city official stated, “We hope this courtesy training will serve as an opportunity to cultivate the ability to think and empathize from the complainant’s perspective,” adding, “We will continue to strive to make Sacheon a city where both citizens and public officials are happy by providing courteous and high-quality civil complaint services.”
