Ulju-gun Announces This Year's Individual Official Land Prices... Accepting Objections

Ulsan Ulju-gun announced that it has determined and publicly announced the individual official land prices for 263,470 parcels as of January 1 this year, effective from the 30th, and will accept objections until May 29.

This individual official land price was surveyed and calculated by comparing it with the standard land prices of 4,417 parcels within the region. It was publicly announced after verification by appraisers, collecting opinions from landowners, and deliberation by the Real Estate Price Public Announcement Committee.

The individual official land prices can be viewed on the county website, the Real Estate Price Public Announcement Information System, the Land Information Division of the county office, and the civil service offices of the eup/myeon administrative welfare centers.

Landowners or interested parties who have objections to the individual official land prices can visit the Ulju-gun Land Information Division or the eup/myeon administrative welfare centers, or submit objections through the Real Estate Price Public Announcement Information System by May 29.

Ulju-gun will re-investigate the characteristics of the individual land parcels and the price balance of nearby lands for the objection cases, then after verification by appraisers and deliberation by the Real Estate Price Public Announcement Committee, will announce the adjusted prices on June 27.

An official from Ulju-gun stated, “Since the individual official land prices are used as the basis for imposing national taxes, local taxes, and various charges related to land, we ask landowners and interested parties to carefully check them and actively submit objections if they have any.”
