The travel and leisure industry shares new news and product launches 30 days in advance. Hana Tour analyzed the status of overseas package tours in May, the month of family, revealing an increased demand for Guam and China. Norangpungseon launched package tours to Sydney and Melbourne, Australia, while Kyowon Tour Travel Easy reported that reservations for travel products through its own live commerce platform have increased more than threefold on average compared to last year. Promotions at dining restaurants and Chinese restaurants operated by Haevichi Hotel & Resort are also available.

Hana Tour announced that reservations for Guam, Saipan, and China, popular for family trips and filial piety trips during the family month, have significantly increased. Analyzing the preferred countries and age groups of overseas package users next month, reservations for Guam and Saipan increased by 74% compared to the previous year, and China surged by 608%. Guam ranked 4th among infants and people in their 30s, and 5th among teenagers and people in their 40s, which the company attributes to family travelers with infants, children, and teenagers preferring Southeast Asia and the South Pacific. China ranked 2nd and 3rd among those aged 50 and above, with strong demand from middle-aged and older travelers visiting Baekdu Mountain and Zhangjiajie for filial tourism. Hana Tour is running the 'Precious Travel Special Price' promotion offering discounts for family travelers until the 6th of next month.


Norangpungseon Launches 'Sydney and Melbourne' Package Tours

Norangpungseon announced the launch of package tours to Sydney and Melbourne, Australia, in partnership with Asiana Airlines. The tours depart four times a week (Tuesday, Thursday, Saturday, and Sunday) from July 2 to September 1, using Asiana Airlines' direct round-trip flights and staying at quasi-luxury hotels throughout the itinerary. The 'Sydney and Melbourne' package allows travelers to visit major attractions such as Sydney's iconic Opera House and the mountain artist village Tamborine Mountain, as well as key sites in Sydney, Melbourne, and the Gold Coast.

Kyowon Tour Travel Easy reported that the average monthly transaction volume on its live commerce channel 'Easy Live' increased by 217% compared to last year. Analysis of viewing data showed that cumulative views surpassed 1.43 million within six months of launch. The average monthly views this year also increased by 83% compared to last year. The company explained that this growth is attributed to selecting travel destinations and related products suitable for live commerce, differentiated content through special guest appearances, and offering various benefits. Travel Easy plans to continuously strengthen Easy Live's influence as a customer contact channel.

Haevichi Hotel & Resort's New American dining restaurant 'Michael by Haevichi' and upscale Chinese restaurant 'Jungsim' announced a 'Meat at Haevichi' promotion in collaboration with the U.S. Meat Export Federation. Michael by Haevichi will offer a set menu from next month 1st to June 30th featuring whiskey-aged bone-in ribeye steak, pulled pork tacos, and French fries. ? la carte options include the 'Michael Signature Burger' with a handmade patty blending chuck and brisket in optimal proportions, beef carpaccio, meat lasagna, and pork ribs. Jungsim will offer set menus including Palbochae, five-spice pork, and fried pork ribs. Additionally, customers can enjoy ? la carte dishes such as the crispy 'Black Vinegar Beef Sweet and Sour' made with Jungsim's special batter, five-spice pork, and fried pork ribs.
