Improved Dining Service Quality↑, Enhanced Competitiveness of Operators↑
On the 29th, Yeongcheon City conducted hygiene education for about 600 general restaurant operators in the city at the Yeongcheon Citizens' Hall.
This hygiene education is a legally mandated training under Article 41 of the Food Sanitation Act, aimed at restaurant operators. It provided education on food safety management policies and hygienic establishment management to ensure the provision of safe food and enhance the competitiveness of dining services.
On the 29th, Yeongcheon City held hygiene education for existing business operators targeting about 600 general restaurant owners in the area at Yeongcheon Citizens' Hall.
Additionally, the training focused on food service operations, labor management, and business site management, and included food poisoning prevention education in preparation for upcoming local festivals during the holiday season.
Mayor Choi Ki-moon stated, “Dining operators play an important role in making visitors to our city feel welcome,” and added, “I ask that you continue to greet customers with sincerity and a constant attitude of research in your respective fields.”
