SeAH Special Steel announced on the 29th that it will invest 42.3 billion KRW in factory expansion construction according to its production facility investment plan. This amount corresponds to 12.53% of its equity capital.
SeAH Special Steel plans to expand its Wonju plant and install new equipment to produce automotive steering components. According to SeAH Special Steel's disclosure, since the construction is on land already acquired, the investment amount does not include costs related to land acquisition.
The investment period is scheduled to start from the board resolution date, which is today, and end on December 31, 2027. The investment amount and period may change depending on future progress and changes in the business environment.
