Professor Park Jong-chan of Gyeonggi-do Fire Service Academy (Fire Captain) received the Excellence Award in the lecture category at the "29th Central Fire Service Education Innovation Competition" held at the Central Fire Service Academy on the 25th.
Among the 13 teams participating in this competition, Professor Park received high scores in all areas including teaching materials, teaching methods, and lecture development for his lecture titled "Smoke, the Hidden Killer in the Darkness: See the Hidden Threat!"

Professor Park said, "I believe I was able to achieve good results thanks to the support and encouragement of my colleagues," and added, "I will become a professor who researches and strives even more, using this award as an opportunity."
The Central Fire Service Education Innovation Competition is held annually to discover outstanding instructors.
Professor Park will represent Gyeonggi-do at the "42nd Public HRD Contest" hosted by the National Human Resources Development Institute in September.
