Year-Round Implementation Starting April, Utilizing Basic Data to Improve Civil Service
Uljin-gun, Gyeongbuk, has been conducting a civil service satisfaction survey since April to actively reflect the inconveniences of residents in the progress of administrative tasks.
This satisfaction survey will be conducted continuously throughout the year, with the results analyzed in the first and second halves. The findings will be used as basic data to improve Uljin-gun's civil service by reflecting dissatisfaction or areas for improvement arising during the civil service process in the county administration.
The survey consists of 13 items across 5 categories, including satisfaction with the kindness and professionalism of the responsible public officials, the speed and fairness of the processing procedures, and the civil service environment.
Those who wish to participate in the survey can access and complete it via the quick menu or the participation and communication survey section on the county office website, or fill out the survey forms available at the county office civil service center and the civil service centers of the 10 eup and myeon districts.
Additionally, a postal survey will be conducted semiannually targeting those who have used online civil services such as the National Sinmungo.
County Governor Son Byeong-bok stated, “Through this survey, we will listen carefully to the residents' voices regarding civil services,” and added, “Based on the survey results, we will praise what is done well and improve the shortcomings to provide a ‘resident-centered, impressive administration’ service. We ask for the active participation of all residents.”
