Daewoo E&C's 'Prugio' brand apartments are about to be launched for sale in Wonju, Gangwon Province. As the largest large-scale complex in downtown Wonju, and with differentiated product designs reflecting the brand value, it is expected to become a landmark complex leading the Wonju market prices.

Winners will be announced on Friday, May 10. The official contract period is scheduled for three days from Tuesday, May 21 to Thursday, May 23.
Wonju Prugio The Central is supplied as the largest complex within downtown Wonju. According to Real Estate R114 data, among the total supply volume in Wonju city (62,142 households), complexes with more than 1,500 households exist only in one place in Wonju Enterprise City (1,516 households). Excluding Wonju Enterprise City, this will be the only complex with over 1,500 households in the old downtown area. The Wonju Sports Complex, where various concerts, cultural performances, and large-scale sports events are held, is within walking distance of the complex. Also, various parks such as Wonjucheon Stream, Namsan Park, Dan-gye Park, and Ilsan Park are nearby, providing a pleasant residential environment. In particular, the 'Wonjucheon Renaissance' project, which aims to develop the Wonjucheon riverside into a citizen leisure park, is underway, promising significant improvements to the surrounding residential environment. According to Wonju City Hall, this project is scheduled for completion in December 2025 and will include various convenience facilities, including Wonju's largest picnic area.
