Inzissoft Strengthens Cloud Services Following AI... "Fostering Q Service as a Growth Engine"

CognitiveSoft, an AI-based image data specialist company, announced on the 26th that it will actively expand its new cloud-based electronic document 'Q Service' business. Earlier this year, the company reorganized its structure to elevate the QSVC division, responsible for Q Service development and business, to one of its three main business divisions, strengthening its business capabilities.

A CognitiveSoft representative stated, "Due to the organizational restructuring at the beginning of the year and the reinforcement of the sales network through expert recruitment, inquiries about Q Service have significantly increased," adding, "We will continue efforts to expand the market by holding seminars targeting securities firms, banks, and credit card companies, where external sales are active."

Q Service is a cloud-based subscription electronic document service that supports outdoor sales (OutDoor Sales, ODS) by enabling employees of financial companies such as securities firms and credit card companies to handle product explanations and subscriptions electronically anytime and anywhere. Additionally, through a digital counter system that uses tablets previously employed in ODS instead of paper documents at counters, it offers high convenience and work efficiency.

In particular, since Q Service is a subscription service that requires no separate system construction, client companies can shorten the implementation period for service adoption and save on initial investment costs. It also has the advantage of significant cost reduction as there are no maintenance or operational expenses.

Since the commercialization of Q Service last year, CognitiveSoft has been accelerating customer acquisition, mainly focusing on securities firms. Starting with financial companies such as securities firms, banks, and credit card companies, Q Service is expected to be introduced in all industries involving outdoor sales in the mid to long term, including rental and automobile purchase contracts.

A company representative said, "We will strive to improve profitability by breaking away from the existing sales structure focused on system construction projects and expanding the proportion of subscription service sales that can generate continuous revenue."

Meanwhile, on the 9th, CognitiveSoft held a Q Service seminar for CIOs of major domestic securities firms. It received high interest from participants as an optimal solution for activating outdoor sales, enhancing work efficiency, and preventing incomplete sales.
