Consumer data platform operator 'Open Survey' conducted a global consumer research webinar for corporate practitioners on the 24th.
This webinar was held to support companies seeking new growth engines through global expansion by sharing global research knowledge and practical cases. The webinar covered ▲ global research processes ▲ multi-country survey result analysis methods ▲ types of global research cases.
Ay Young Kim, Global Account Lead at Open Survey, who spoke at the webinar, introduced research methodologies and data analysis methods for acquiring global consumer data according to objectives. She also examined specific global research cases, such as a food and beverage company planning additional product launches in the North American market and a beauty company comparing and analyzing consumer needs in Korea, the United States, and Japan to establish country-specific marketing strategies.
About 700 corporate practitioners registered to attend the webinar. More than half were employees of domestic large corporations and global companies. Open Survey explained that companies already conducting global business or those firmly established in the domestic market showed great interest.
