Min Hee-jin, CEO of ADOR, officially stated that she "has never planned, intended, or executed a takeover of management rights," addressing the allegations of management rights seizure raised by HYBE.
On the 25th at 3 p.m., Min held an emergency press conference at the Korea Conference Center in Seocho-gu, Seoul, and completely denied the related allegations.
Min emphasized, "I am already seen as a witch," adding, "My first task is to break free from this frame. The second is to tell what the truth really is. The angle I see and the angle HYBE sees are very different."
She continued, "I wonder if suddenly my death would be celebrated. I am human too, and I believe I am innocent," and said, "I expected that even my personal KakaoTalk messages, which are unrelated to the essence, would be surveilled to try to destroy me, but I did not expect it to be this severe."
She then stated, "I don't know why HYBE is going this far against me," and added, "There are so many things that are not true that from my perspective, it seems like an unprecedented farce. I want to ask why HYBE is trying so hard to make me look like a strange person."
Earlier, HYBE announced the results of an interim audit regarding the allegation that ADOR's management attempted to seize management rights. According to the audit results, HYBE confirmed specific facts that a plan for management rights takeover was established under Min's leadership and secured physical evidence.
