This exhibition is held in collaboration with Save the Children Gwangju Western Regional Headquarters (Director Kim Dongkwan) and Crown Confectionery Co., Ltd. (CEO Yoon Seokbin).

The exhibition features 22 artworks expressing the emotions children feel when hearing the "100 words that hurt children," selected by Save the Children, through paintings.

Seo-gu is conducting artwork explanations and a children's rights campaign with the support of the Save the Children rights advocacy supporters called "Young Saviors," and has also set up a photo zone made of flowers symbolizing the pledge "Do not hit even with flowers" and "I will make you walk only on flower paths."

In particular, Seo-gu, with sponsorship from Crown Confectionery, is distributing caramel maple cone snacks featuring "Draw. 100 Words That Hurt" to children visiting the exhibition, and has prepared a space for adults to write and share their exhibition reviews and pledges on postcards titled "Leave. 100 Beautiful Words."

Mayor Kim Ikang of Seo-gu said, "This exhibition is especially meaningful as a collaboration among three organizations gathered to protect children's rights, aiming to raise social interest in children's rights," and added, "We will continue to strive to become a Seo-gu that treats children as individuals, listens to their voices, and respects them."

Meanwhile, Seo-gu is the first in the nation to introduce ESG values and is implementing various child-friendly projects. It is collaborating with several child-related NGOs and large corporations to ensure that children's rights take root throughout the local community.
