Specialized Design Applied to 'Iksan Busong I-Park', Subscription Starts Next Month

Specialized residential complexes that well reflect consumer needs are gaining popularity. As consumers' expectations continue to rise, interest in specialized designs that enhance quality of life is higher than ever.

In this regard, HDC Hyundai Development Company's 'I-Park' is recognized as a construction company that best understands consumers' desires.

According to the apartment brand reputation rankings by the Korea Corporate Reputation Research Institute, 'I-Park' ranked third overall. The I-Park brand recorded a participation index of 238,876, media index of 319,816, communication index of 754,245, and community index of 882,479, resulting in a brand reputation index of 2,195,416. This marks a 31.33% increase compared to the brand reputation index of 1,671,680 in March.

The brand reputation index is a metric created through brand big data analysis that identifies how consumers' online habits significantly influence brand consumption. It measures positive and negative evaluations of the brand, media interest, consumer participation and communication volume, social media conversations, and the digital transformation relationship between consumers and the brand.

These results are also reflected in the recent performance of newly launched complexes. The 'I-Park' brand by HDC Hyundai Development Company achieved excellent results with projects such as DMC Gajaeul I-Park (89.85 to 1), Cheongju Gagyeong I-Park 6 Complex (98.61 to 1), Gangneung Ocean City I-Park (17.42 to 1), and Seosan Central I-Park (20.54 to 1) last year. This year, Daegu Beomeo I-Park (15.32 to 1) surprised the market with outstanding results, continuing the positive momentum.

The reason why HDC Hyundai Development Company's 'Iksan Busong I-Park,' located in Busong-dong (Busong 4 District C Block), Iksan City, Jeonbuk Province, is attracting consumer attention is not unrelated to this. It not only demonstrates the high quality of the 'I-Park' brand but also applies various specialized designs expected to enhance residential satisfaction.

'Iksan Busong I-Park' is designed as a comfortable complex with a floor area ratio of 199% and a building coverage ratio of 14%, featuring a one-stop community and eco-friendly park-style apartments.

The complex is primarily oriented southward and arranged with wide distances between buildings, which is advantageous for privacy protection. Ground parking is minimized to secure safe pedestrian pathways, and landscaping accounts for about 35% of the total area.

The landscaping design, which allows residents to experience the beauty of nature within the complex, is also notable. Examples include neat and modern landscape designs linked with the commercial area, the complex's representative community plaza called Dynamic Park, Welcome Garden, Oak Garden, and Palm Garden. In particular, Dynamic Park, designed as an outdoor art gallery concept, will feature a tea house, walking paths, and water objects, establishing a comfortable resting space.

Community facilities include a fitness center, G.X, indoor golf practice range, study lounge, private reading room, senior lounge, kids lounge, and a shared care center, enhancing convenience and comfort for leisure activities.

Various specialized systems allow residents to experience future residential culture ahead of time. Security systems include facial recognition systems (at the main entrance and unit entrances), vehicle control systems, remote meter reading and unmanned parcel delivery systems, CCTV within the complex, and emergency bell systems in parking lots.

Energy-saving clean systems include smart LED mood lighting, parking lot LED lighting systems, integrated air quality measurement sensors with wireless AP in living rooms (when balconies are extended), playground security lights displaying fine dust concentration, living room wall pads, integrated switches (in each room), and smart switches (at entrances).

Smart digital systems include Push & Pull type fingerprint recognition digital door locks, parking guidance systems, visitor vehicle reservation registration systems, automatic parking location registration systems, and vacant parking space notifications.

The overall color scheme applies white and beige as the main colors, creating a luxurious yet stable interior. All supplied units offer ample storage spaces such as dressing rooms, powder rooms, and pantries. Additionally, various optional items, both paid and free, are provided to enhance indoor space usability according to residents' lifestyles.

Meanwhile, 'Iksan Busong I-Park' consists of a total of 511 units, including 313 units of the most preferred exclusive area of 84㎡, 158 units of the rare 104㎡ units within Iksan, and 40 units of 123㎡.

The subscription schedule begins with special supply on Tuesday, April 30, followed by first priority subscription on Thursday, May 2, and second priority subscription on Friday, May 3. The announcement of successful applicants will be on Friday, May 10, and contracts will be signed over three days from Tuesday, May 21 to Thursday, May 23.
