GH Supplies 320 Units of First 'Integrated Public Rental Housing' in Anseong

Gyeonggi Housing and Urban Corporation (GH) will supply 320 units of the first ‘Integrated Public Rental Housing’ in Anseong, Gyeonggi Province.

Integrated Public Rental Housing combines various types of public rental housing such as permanent, national, and happy housing into one unified housing type.

The supply this time is 320 units of ‘Anseong Government Complex Integrated Public Rental Housing’ located at 455 Dangwang-dong, Anseong-si, Gyeonggi Province. Among the total 320 units, 100 units are job-linked support housing (startup support housing) targeted at one-person creative enterprises and entrepreneurs. Of the remaining 220 units, 60% will be preferentially supplied to multi-child families, newlyweds, single-parent families, and the elderly, while 40% will be supplied to the general public.

The eligibility criteria for Integrated Public Rental Housing have been unified, simplifying the previously complex requirements for each rental housing type. Income and asset standards are set at 150% or less of the median income, total asset value of 345 million KRW, and vehicle value of 37.08 million KRW or less. Any member of a household without a home who meets all these criteria can apply and move in.

150% of the median income is 3,342,688 KRW for one person, 5,523,914 KRW for two people, and 7,071,986 KRW for three people, among others.

The maximum residence period is also up to 30 years, allowing for stable housing.
