The corporation selected 10 digital talents from various fields within the company and, over eight months, collaborated with InnoFit Partners, a digital transformation consulting specialist, to complete the final solution through several stages including ▲diagnosis and analysis of digital innovation capabilities to strengthen organizational capabilities ▲specialized competency enhancement training to expand the use of DT technologies ▲knowledge learning through projects using non-face-to-face education tools ▲development of digital innovation tasks utilizing Fourth Industrial Revolution technologies ▲and execution of digital innovation tasks.

In this project, the digital talents aimed for creative problem definition, solution planning, and a level of completeness applicable to practical work. They developed two solutions: 'Incheon Transit Corporation Employee Work Chatbot: Iromi,' which uses natural language processing and database construction, and 'Train Safety Operation Integrated Guidance System: I-view,' which shares visual information on train location.

Kim Seong-wan, President of Incheon Transit Corporation, said, "It is a very encouraging achievement that a project which would cost hundreds of millions of won if external solutions were purchased was developed through the capabilities of our employees," adding, "We will continue to do our best to become a public enterprise that responds to changes faster than any other transportation institution and ensures the safety of citizens."
