According to Kyochon F&B, the operator of Kyochon Chicken, Chairman Kwon attended a meeting with Kyochon Group's junior leaders immediately after participating in the 'Sincerity Management Proclamation Ceremony' held on the 23rd at the new headquarters in Pangyo, Seongnam-si, Gyeonggi-do.
The junior leader group of Kyochon Group consists of 12 MZ generation employees in their 20s and 30s from various departments within the company. They significantly contributed to deriving Kyochon's new vision of sincerity management.
Appearing in jeans and a store shirt embroidered with the Kyochon CI (Corporate Identity), Chairman Kwon explained to the attendees about his MBTI, popular short-form videos, his favorite spots in the Pangyo new headquarters, and his management philosophy under the theme of 'Heartfelt Conversation.'
Chairman Kwon said, "The word 'sincerity' sometimes uses the character '眞' (true), but I also think the meaning of '盡' (to the utmost) is important. Urgency and earnestness are the most crucial."
He also introduced long-term new business plans such as the sauce business and eco-friendly packaging business to the employees. He predicted, "Kyochon is known to consumers as 'a company with great sauces.' If we make this our core business, we can grow into a company several times larger than the current Kyochon." He expressed expectations for the business by emphasizing that eco-friendly packaging is also a large market where visible results can be achieved first.
Meanwhile, Chairman Kwon boldly removed partitions between departments in the Pangyo new headquarters to help employees break free from rigid thinking and work autonomously and creatively, and introduced a flexible seating system where employees can change their seats daily according to their preferences.
The office space was equipped not only with traditional office desks but also with sofas, tea tables, open seats by the window with a library concept, garden tables, and height-adjustable motion desks, providing various types of seating so that employees can always work freely and creatively in a new environment.
