SK C&C Launches 'Financial AI Intern'... "Automating Branch Office Tasks"

SK C&C announced on the 25th that it will provide a 'Customized AI Intern Service for Financial Institution Branch Employees.'

Based on its expertise in financial business projects and generative AI service capabilities, SK C&C developed the 'Financial AI Intern' optimized for the specific work characteristics of each financial institution. It combines AI digital transformation (DX) platforms such as 'Solur,' a corporate specialized AI solution, and 'DREAGO,' a comprehensive digital robotic process automation (RPA) platform.

The Financial AI Intern has acquired the characteristics of branch office tasks in various financial sectors, including common financial tasks such as mobile counters, asset management, and financial management, as well as ▲ bank loan and deposit services and foreign exchange operations ▲ card issuance and payment settlement tasks ▲ insurance face-to-face channels, contract management, and insurance claim processing.
