In particular, to create a character-friendly school culture, initiatives such as a student council-led appreciation message contest, one-person-one-exercise during lunchtime for mind-body harmony, warm morning greetings, and learning groups to enhance character education teaching capabilities by grade and subject will be promoted. Additionally, character campaigns at delegate meetings and customized character training for parents will be prepared.

Lee Ji-myeong, Director of the Life Character Education Division at the Office of Education, stated, "By expanding the operation of character education practice schools, we will establish a character education practice network linking home, school, and community." He added, "We will strengthen character education by growth stages linked to the curriculum, expand home-linked character education, and provide integrated support on-site through the Gyeonggi Character Education Council."
