The Ulsan Nambu Fire Station is conducting fire prevention consulting for fire-vulnerable facilities and small-scale lodging businesses.
The Sinjeong 119 Safety Center announced on the 25th that it will visit one fire-vulnerable facility and two small-scale lodging facilities to promote spring fire prevention measures consulting.
The main advisory contents include ▲ guidance and promotion on the safe use and maintenance of heating appliances during seasonal changes ▲ strengthening initial fire response capabilities through safety inspections of fire facilities and evacuation equipment, and training on their use ▲ on-site adaptation training for related personnel and securing evacuation routes.
Spring has seasonal factors such as large temperature differences, low humidity, and strong winds, resulting in a relatively high average annual number of fire incidents at 221 cases (27.2%) compared to other seasons.
Center Chief Choi Chang-wook said, “We hope everyone will adhere to basic fire safety rules during the dry spring season and make efforts to prevent fires.”
