Breast Cancer Patient Support Group 'NanumAe Sarang Choir' Invitation
Inspiring Hope and Courage Through Heartfelt Songs
Eunseong Medical Foundation Good Gang-an Hospital (Hospital Director Heo Hyun, Chairman Gu Jeonghoe) held a concert on the 23rd in the first-floor lobby of the main building to celebrate the 19th anniversary of its opening, inviting the hospital's breast cancer patient group choir, 'Nanumae Sarang Choir.'
During the performance, the Nanumae Sarang Choir began with choral songs "On a Wonderful Day in October" and "I Bloom Alone," followed by solo performances by vocalist Kim Seong-ui of "Spring Comes Across the River" and "This Moment," as well as choral performances themed around family, including "Rest" and "The Name Called Family," receiving applause from patients and their caregivers.
An attendee said, "It was even more touching to see patients using the Breast Center meet members who have overcome difficult times, heal their hearts through song, and even perform in front of an audience."
The 'Nanumae Sarang Choir' currently belongs to the 'Nanumae Sarang Patient Association (founded in 2008),' which has over 600 members. Through weekly choir classes held at the hospital, it delivers hope and courage to breast cancer patients.
