Lotte ON announced on the 25th that it will newly launch the next-day delivery service called 'Naeil ONda'. Naeil ONda is a service where customers who purchase room-temperature products such as processed foods and daily necessities on Lotte ON can receive all products nationwide by courier the next day in one shipment.
Lotte ON plans to strengthen its delivery competitiveness in the increasingly fierce e-commerce delivery competition through Naeil ONda.
Lotte ON's Naeil ONda operates through a dedicated section. Customers can select desired products from about 10,000 items including processed foods, daily necessities, kitchenware, and pet supplies within the dedicated section and purchase them by 4 PM on weekdays to have them delivered by courier the next day. The products are shipped from Lotte ON's Gimpo online-exclusive center.
To increase customer demand for the Naeil ONda service, Lotte ON organized the dedicated section mainly with exclusive products. It secured product diversity by including private brand (PB) products such as Oneul Joeun, Yori Hada, and Collioli, which can only be purchased at Lotte Mart, as well as cost-effective planned 'Gonggu Hot Deal' products.
Furthermore, Naeil ONda enhances customer purchase convenience while providing additional benefits when purchasing products. It can be used as a complementary service when purchasing products not in stock at the nearby Lotte Mart or when the slots for the existing 'same-day delivery' service are fully booked. Additionally, since it operates as a courier service, benefits such as additional discounts, points accumulation, and gift giveaways are provided according to the purchase quantity when buying bulk products.
To commemorate the launch of the Naeil ONda service, Lotte ON is holding an opening event until the 30th. Customers who use the Naeil ONda service and purchase over 20,000 KRW will receive free shipping. Previously, free shipping was provided for purchases over 40,000 KRW for mart products, but the threshold has been lowered by half. Moreover, popular products are exclusively organized by date with additional benefits provided.
