Red Cross Honors Corporate Sponsorship Agreement
Busan-based local company Daeseon Joojo donated 20 million KRW to the Korean Red Cross to help underprivileged neighbors.
On the morning of the 24th, Daeseon Joojo announced that it held a donation ceremony with the Busan branch of the Korean Red Cross at the Red Cross Hall in Busanjin-gu as part of the Red Cross Honors corporate sponsorship agreement.

The Red Cross Honors corporate group is a gathering of companies that donate more than 100 million KRW or pledge to donate within five years for Red Cross humanitarian projects. Daeseon Joojo joined this club in 2022 and will donate 20 million KRW annually, totaling 100 million KRW by 2026.
At the ceremony, Daeseon Joojo Director Kim Sang-jun and Korean Red Cross Busan branch Secretary General Park Sun-young, along with officials from both sides, attended.
Jo Woo-hyun, CEO of Daeseon Joojo, said, “The donation is more than just financial support; it conveys warm hearts and love to neighbors in need of help,” adding, “We will continue to actively support and take interest in the humanitarian activities of the Korean Red Cross.”
As a local company, Daeseon Joojo has been delivering warmth to the community by sponsoring the joint wedding ceremony for people with severe disabilities for 11 consecutive years, providing scholarships for children of members of the Korea Foodservice Industry Association for 8 consecutive years, and supporting scholarship projects of the Green Umbrella Children’s Foundation.
