Park Gang-su, Mayor of Mapo District, Attends Senior Center Leaders' Rotational Training

Park Gang-su, Mayor of Mapo District, attended the '2024 Senior Center Leaders Touring Education' held twice at 10 a.m. and 2 p.m. on the 23rd in the auditorium on the 4th floor of the Yonggang-dong Complex Building.

The education, hosted by the Seoul Metropolitan Association of the Korean Senior Citizens Association, was conducted for chairpersons and treasurers of 158 senior centers in the region. The program included a special lecture by the association president, presentations on major exemplary cases of senior centers, and training on accounting.

Before the education session, Park Gang-su, Mayor of Mapo District, said, "I sincerely thank all senior center leaders who have devoted themselves wholeheartedly to revitalizing senior centers and improving senior welfare," adding, "Mapo District will do its utmost to ensure that our elders, who have dedicated their lives to their families and the country, can enjoy a happy old age."
