The company explained, "This no-negotiation delegation on wages was possible because the union and management have continuously built mutual trust by sharing the company's future vision and discussing current issues despite the uncertain business environment." Taking this no-negotiation delegation as an opportunity, the Samjin Pharmaceutical labor and management have also resolved to do their best to create a more creative labor-management culture and to strengthen employment stability and corporate competitiveness. Since its establishment in 1968, Samjin Pharmaceutical has concluded wage and collective agreements without a single labor dispute.

Lee Ki-tae, the union chairman, said, “We made the significant decision of no-negotiation delegation for the company, which is focusing on new businesses through recent business diversification and facility investment,” and added, “We hope the union’s efforts for mutual growth will become a driving force for securing the company’s competitiveness, employee welfare, and employment stability.” CEO Choi Yong-ju also expressed gratitude, saying, “I thank the union members for their magnanimous decision of no-negotiation delegation, allowing us to focus on securing future competitiveness with trust in the company,” and stated, “We will continue to strive to create a ‘proud culture of labor-management coexistence’ where labor and management can communicate and cooperate based on trust.”
