Service Expansion to Over 10 Districts in Seoul in the Second Half of the Year
HaimLab, a subsidiary of GS Construction specializing in apartment residential environment improvement solutions, announced on the 23rd the launch of its 'HaimLab Remodeling' service, which provides a one-stop solution from diagnosing aging apartments to interior design.

Unlike existing companies that offer remodeling focused mainly on design improvements, HaimLab Remodeling provides remodeling that combines both functionality and design. It diagnoses functional issues such as insulation and leakage caused by apartment aging, as well as residential environment problems like odors and air quality, then provides customers with inspection reports and proceeds with remodeling through personalized 1:1 design consultations tailored to their preferences.
Based on 3D images and drawings produced through construction consultations, dedicated construction managers closely oversee on-site management. Post-service customer care is also provided. Convenience is enhanced by offering integrated services such as estimates, contracts, and history management through the HaimLab website.
HaimLab’s main customers are households in apartments aged 10 to 25 years or older, where the warranty period for apartment defects has ended and problems due to aging arise, requiring residential environment management. Currently, services are provided in Gangnam-gu, Seocho-gu, and Songpa-gu, with plans to expand service areas by adding more than 10 districts in Seoul during the second half of the year.
A HaimLab representative stated, “We will become a recognized HaimLab by customers through remodeling services based on housing function diagnosis that considers not only beauty but also the value of a healthy space.”
HaimLab is a compound word combining the German word for home, ‘HEIM,’ and the English word for laboratory, ‘Laboratory (LAB),’ meaning a research institute exploring healthy homes. Since the brand launch in 2022, it has introduced HaimLab Check, which diagnoses the functions of built apartments, bathroom remodeling in 2023, and this year, the functional and design remodeling service, HaimLab Remodeling.
