Exhibition of ESS Platform at 'Hannover Messe 2024'

LS Electric is showcasing its technological prowess by unveiling next-generation smart energy solutions tailored to the European eco-friendly energy market, including energy storage systems (ESS) and direct current (DC) power devices, at the world's largest industrial exhibition held in Germany.

On the 23rd, LS Electric announced that it will participate in 'Hannover Messe 2024,' held in Hanover, Germany, from the 22nd (local time) to the 26th, under the main theme of "LS Electric's 50-year journey for a better world."

At this event, LS Electric has prepared the largest exhibition space among domestic companies, with 57 booths (527㎡), focusing on three themes: ▲Smart Energy ▲Digital Manufacturing Innovation ▲Digital Transformation, providing overseas customers with opportunities to directly experience its products and solutions.

In particular, the next-generation ESS platform developed to target the global ESS market was placed at the front of the booth. LS Electric’s next-generation ESS platform is a product independently developed by the company, characterized by modularizing the core power conversion component, PEBB (Power Electronics Building Block), in 200kW units to support smart independent operation.

The company also showcased next-generation smart distribution solutions based on DC and alternating current (AC) products and introduced its global power market expansion strategy. It revealed a full package of next-generation power systems, including distribution solutions and smart switchgear, which are the only ones among domestic heavy electrical companies to have received UL certification. The company also emphasized its power solutions and supply capabilities applied across the entire power system, from transmission and transformation to distribution.

An LS Electric official stated, "Carbon neutrality and eco-friendly management are being emphasized, especially in Europe," adding, "We will overcome carbon-neutral trade barriers and secure a leading position in the global market based on our smart energy competitiveness."
