Kyochon Chicken opens a new era with its Pangyo headquarters and begins its challenge toward becoming a 100-year company with "Sincere Management" as its new vision.
Kyochon F&B, the operator of Kyochon Chicken, announced on the 23rd that it held a "Sincere Management Proclamation Ceremony" at its new headquarters in Pangyo, Seongnam-si, Gyeonggi-do, and declared a new vision toward becoming a 100-year company.
Kyochon Group started on March 13, 1991, in a small space of about 10 pyeong in Gumi-si, Gyeongsangbuk-do, under the name "Kyochon Tongdak." Marking its 33rd anniversary this year, the group relocated its headquarters to a newly built building in the Pangyo 2nd Techno Valley Advanced Industrial Complex in Seongnam-si, Gyeonggi-do. To commemorate this, it proclaimed "Sincere Management" as its new vision, embodying Kyochon’s philosophy that "Sincerity moves the world."
This is the first time in 20 years that Kyochon Group has moved its headquarters since settling in Osan, Gyeonggi-do, in 2004. The proclaimed Sincere Management embraces shared values of ▲ honesty and sincerity ▲ challenge and innovation ▲ coexistence and sharing, laying a broad foundation for becoming a 100-year company. The company explained that it aims to grow into "the most trusted and always chosen global food culture brand group."
Kyochon also announced a new brand slogan, "Where Food and Happiness Connect." It signifies that Kyochon’s food, made with sincerity, touches our daily lives, creating a happy world that everyone enjoys and relates to.
Chairman Kwon Won-gang of Kyochon Group emphasized, "'Sincerity moves the world' is the essence of Kyochon’s philosophy toward becoming a 100-year company." He added, "If innovation is added to Kyochon’s essence, our group can become the center of global food culture beyond Korea."
