Changdong Donga passes with D grade, Changdong Jugong 4th Complex passes with E grade, reconstruction confirmed
6th and 7th complexes in Dobong-gu to pass safety inspection since criteria relaxation
Dobong-gu (Mayor Oh Eon-seok) announced that Changdong Donga Apartment and Changdong Jugong 4th Complex Apartment have passed the final reconstruction safety inspection, confirming their reconstruction.
Changdong Donga Apartment was the first complex in Dobong-gu to apply for a safety inspection cost loan support after the revision of the Seoul city ordinance in October last year. Subsequently, the safety inspection service was conducted with approximately 110 million KRW of loan support from Dobong-gu and about 27 million KRW raised by residents, resulting in a conditional reconstruction (Grade D) judgment.
Accordingly, the district held a consultation meeting of the 'Dobong-gu Maintenance Project Rapid Support Team' to review the appropriateness and decided that a further appropriateness review was unnecessary, confirming the reconstruction.
Changdong Jugong 4th Complex Apartment conducted the safety inspection service entirely funded by residents' contributions and, following Banghak Sindonga 1st Complex Apartment and Ssangmun Hanyang 1st Complex Apartment, received the third reconstruction (Grade E) judgment in Dobong-gu, immediately confirming reconstruction.
Oh Eon-seok, Mayor of Dobong-gu, said, "I am pleased that two places have already passed the safety inspection this year," and added, "We will actively support the swift progress of the next step, the establishment of the maintenance plan."
