Mayor Choi Ki-moon, Continuous Communication for 'Improvement of Welfare'
Yeongcheon City will hold the 'Spring Day's Comma' program for about 40 low-ranking employees over one night and two days starting from the 22nd.
On the 22nd, young public officials participating in Spring Day's Comma are taking a group photo at Yeongcheon City Hall.
The Spring Day's Comma program is conducted for employees at grades 8 to 9 to relieve stress, motivate work, and enhance a sense of belonging and satisfaction in the workplace.
The low-ranking employees participating in this program will have time for communication and empathy through group matching activities, small group meetings, and self-PR, aiming to improve communication skills and adapt to the workplace.
Choi Ki-moon, Mayor of Yeongcheon City, said, “I hope this will be an opportunity for employees to step away from their daily routines and share new ideas,” adding, “I hope everyone can grow through this training, and we will continue to communicate to improve employee welfare.”
