IKEA Home Styling Lecture and Professional Consulting Provided for Gaepo Xi Presidents Residents

On the 22nd, GS Construction announced that it successfully completed the ‘Hej, Gaepo’ home styling consulting event conducted for residents of Gaepo Xi Presidents, a large apartment complex with 3,375 households, in partnership with IKEA Korea.
Hej is a Swedish greeting meaning "hello," symbolizing the new encounter between Xi and IKEA.
At the home styling consulting event, IKEA experts conducted home styling lectures for children’s rooms for residents and provided professional consulting to selected individual households by reservation.
Among the participants, one selected individual received the ‘Room Makeover’ benefit, where one room was styled for free according to its intended use based on expert consulting.
Recently, there has been growing demand and interest in 'home styling,' which reflects personal tastes and values in the home. The perception of the home is changing into a space that expresses oneself and determines quality of life.
In line with this trend, GS Construction planned home styling consulting for Xi residents in collaboration with IKEA, marking the first time a domestic construction company has partnered with IKEA. They plan to continue developing content as part of the Xi membership and concierge services.
In 2021, GS Construction was the first in the industry to introduce home styling in collaboration with department stores at Bangbae Grand Xi and Gwacheon Xi. In 2022, they operated an exclusive online mall for residents in nine complexes in partnership with GS Shop and held open house events.
A GS Construction official stated, "Xi plans various products to satisfy customers, and we will continue to provide services that proactively reach customers through diverse products and projects."
