The Rush to Secure New Residential Areas Accelerates... 'Iksan Busong Desiang' First-Come, First-Served Contracts

As the relentless rise in the housing market slows down, cautious buyers are turning their attention to emerging residential areas.

According to KB Real Estate’s regional average price statistics, the average price in Busong-dong, which is becoming an emerging residential area, was 164.01 million KRW in February this year, higher than Namjung-dong, the old downtown area, which was 116.23 million KRW.

The Busong 4 District urban development project, implemented by Jeonbuk Development Corporation, is rapidly transforming the Busong-dong area into an emerging residential area, aiming for completion in 2025.
