RaonSecure's 2024 new employee open recruitment has successfully concluded, setting a record high competition rate since the company's founding.
IT security and authentication platform company RaonSecure (CEO Lee Soon-hyung, Lee Jung-ah) received over 2,300 applications for its new employee open recruitment held for three weeks starting February 29, recording a competition rate of 116 to 1.
Through this recruitment, RaonSecure hired new employees for positions including ▲Software (SW) Engineer ▲Server Development ▲Domestic Sales ▲Overseas Sales ▲Security Consultant.
The newly selected 10th batch of open recruitment employees, who passed the high competition rate, will undergo company’s core service and product-related training programs such as two weeks of introductory education, training at the training center, and technical education before being assigned to practical work. Additionally, they will complete beneficial training programs such as the ‘Raonship Education’ for enhancing capabilities and expertise, and practical, job-specific group training in development, consulting, and sales fields that can be applied in the workplace.
RaonSecure analyzed that the high interest from applicants was due to the new employees’ starting salary of 40 million KRW, which ranks among the highest in the industry, as well as the diverse corporate culture programs and welfare systems it operates.
The company operates various programs for employees, including ▲flexible working hours ▲support for breakfast and lunch meal expenses ▲'Family Day' morning work schedule ▲on-site rest facilities such as nap rooms, book cafes, and company stores ▲annual 1.2 million KRW payment via the Lala Card (Raon Life) ▲free health checkups for employees and their spouses ▲long-term service awards ▲support for recreational facilities ▲and family invitation events for the Yeouido Fireworks Festival.
Lee Soon-hyung, CEO of RaonSecure, said, “We are grateful for the many talented individuals who applied for RaonSecure’s 2024 new employee open recruitment,” adding, “RaonSecure will continue to lead the global security and authentication industry while providing diverse education and welfare benefits to employees, offering opportunities for capability enhancement and growth, and creating an environment where they can fully concentrate on their work.”
