Recently, Naju City in Jeollanam-do launched a campaign to promote a safe hospital visitation culture.
According to the Naju City Health Center on the 19th, the "Three Principles of Hospital Visits" are ▲ Confirm visiting hours, locations, and allowed number of visitors ▲ Refrain from visiting patients with infectious diseases or the elderly and vulnerable ▲ Follow personal hygiene rules. The campaign urged the improvement of proper hospital visitation awareness.
The city is promoting the hospital visitation culture improvement campaign through various media such as the city and health center websites, electronic display boards, and posters, and is also advancing efforts to improve the hospital visitation culture in cooperation with related institutions such as hospitals and nursing facilities.
In particular, the city plans to inspect the hospital visitation system, including visitation locations, visitor logs, and the availability of hand sanitizers.
A health center official stated, "We hope this campaign will help create a safe medical environment free from infectious diseases," and added, "We ask for the continuous interest and practice of citizens and medical institutions to establish a proper hospital visitation culture."
