'Iksan Busong I-Park' Priority Application Opens May 2

HDC Hyundai Development Company will open the model house for 'Iksan Busong I-Park' on the 19th and begin full-scale sales. The first-priority subscription will take place on May 2.

Located at 279 Busong-dong, Iksan-si, Jeollabuk-do, Iksan Busong I-Park will consist of 5 buildings ranging from 2 basement floors to 20 above-ground floors, with a total of 511 households and exclusive areas of 84 to 123㎡. The subscription schedule is as follows: special supply on the 30th of this month, first priority on May 2, and second priority on May 3. The announcement of winners will be on May 10, and contracts will be signed over three days from May 21 to 23. Move-in is scheduled for October 2026.
