Ulsan Daegok Museum will conduct a youth history and culture lecture program titled "Daegokcheon Exploration Team" from April to June in anticipation of the inscription of the "Petroglyphs of Bangujeon" as a World Heritage site.
The "Daegokcheon Exploration Team" is a program designed to enhance understanding of local cultural heritage by providing lectures and various experiential activities for first and second-year students of the History Club at Eonyang High School.
The program will be held four times in total at Eonyang High School and the Daegokcheon area: ▲ April 19 - Prehistoric Daegokcheon Hunters ▲ May 10 - World Heritage, Ulsan's Petroglyphs ▲ May 24 - Field Survey of the Daegokcheon Area ▲ June 21 - Tour of Ulsan Daegok Museum.
The museum stated, "We hope to provide youth with opportunities to directly observe and explore Ulsan's cultural heritage, allowing students to develop an interest in history and take a brief respite from academic stress."
