Yeongdeok-gun Holds 'Happiness Healing' Workshop for Employees This Year

Yeongdeok-gun, Gyeongbuk Province, conducted the '2024 Employee Happiness Healing Workshop' on the 15th at Haeundae Hanwha Resort for 112 employees at grade 6 and below to alleviate job stress and create a space for empathy and communication among staff.

On the 15th, Yeongdeok-gun conducted the 2024 Employee Happiness Healing Workshop.

This workshop provided opportunities for employees to mentally recharge through educational programs such as healing stress management training, one-day class experiences, and local cultural exploration. Additionally, through play programs like escape room games, participants formed empathy and cooperated to solve challenges, strengthening teamwork.

Lee Hyun-sook, Director of the Autonomous Administration Division, stated, “I hope this healing workshop offers employees a chance to step away from daily routines, self-reflect, and look further ahead. We will continue to promote various trainings and programs to create a healthy working environment and foster a culture of mutual respect among employees.”
