The Philippines is the 11th overseas country for Paris Baguette. The Mall of Asia Branch opened after an eight-month preparation period following a master franchise agreement with 'Paris Baguette Philippines,' established by 'Berjaya Food,' a leading company in Malaysia, in August last year.

The Mall of Asia Branch is located on the first floor of SM Mall of Asia, the largest shopping mall in the Philippines and a representative mall in the capital city, Manila, with seating for 90. It features a premium European-style bakery concept that actively uses wooden materials to create a warm and vintage atmosphere. Additionally, to cater to customers who want a quick snack while shopping, a 'Grab&Go' concept has been applied, operating a separate kiosk desk outside the store.

Paris Baguette plans to offer products incorporating the Philippines' representative ingredient 'Ube (purple sweet potato)' and a Philippine-limited reinterpretation of 'Ensaymada (a dessert bread topped generously with butter cream, sugar, and cheese),' called 'Pure Milk Cream Ensaymada.'

An SPC Group official said, "With the quality and know-how of Paris Baguette, which operates over 4,000 stores domestically and internationally, we will lead new bakery trends in the Philippines as well."
