Nowon-gu District Mayor Oh Seung-rok Attends 'Rapid Promotion Forum for Reconstruction and Redevelopment'

On the 17th at 6:30 PM, Oh Seung-rok, Mayor of Nowon District, attended the 'Rapid Promotion Forum for Reconstruction and Redevelopment' held at the Lifelong Education Center.

About 100 participants, including members of the Nowon Reconstruction and Redevelopment Rapid Promotion Team and promotion committee members from each reconstruction complex, took part in this forum. It was organized to strengthen the capabilities centered on the Rapid Promotion Team and to proactively respond to the explosive increase in reconstruction demand since last year.

This forum was the third session following the first forum on January 17th. During the event attended by Mayor Oh Seung-rok, Kim Hak-joo, Director of the Korea Real Estate Board, delivered a presentation titled 'Analysis of Seoul City's Maintenance Project Status and Strategies to Secure Project Feasibility in Nowon District.'

Mayor Oh Seung-rok stated, "The forum for rapid information provision and sharing on reconstruction and redevelopment has already reached its third session." He added, "We will continue to strive to revitalize reconstruction projects that had been stalled in various places through active communication with residents and experts."
