Gori Nuclear Power Headquarters Hosts the 10th Sotonggori University Student Volunteer Contest The Gori Nuclear Power Headquarters hosted the 10th Sotonggori University Student Volunteer Contest.

On the 16th, Gori Nuclear Power Headquarters held a funding ceremony for the '10th Communication Gori University Student Volunteer Contest' at the Gori Sports Culture Center in Jangan-eup, Gijang-gun, Busan.


Now in its 10th year, the 'University Student Volunteer Contest' is a program that supports volunteer activities such as discovering beneficiaries and talent donation by university students. It is hosted by the Busan Volunteer Center (Director Park Kyung-ok) and supported by Gori Nuclear Power Headquarters with 50 million KRW.


The 28 selected university student volunteer teams will carry out activities for about six months, and based on the results at the end of the year, awards such as the Korea Hydro & Nuclear Power President's Award and the Gori Nuclear Power Headquarters Director's Award will be presented.


Lee Kwang-hoon, head of Gori Nuclear Power Headquarters, said, “We hope to continuously support the development of excellent volunteer ideas by university students so that their talents can become opportunities to widely spread love and happiness in the local community.”
