BioCos Co., Ltd.'s premium skincare brand ‘LALUCELL’ received the Grand Gold Award, the highest prize in the cosmetics category at the 2024 Monde Selection. This marks the second consecutive year of winning the award.
Monde Selection, established in 1961 and headquartered in Brussels, Belgium, is one of the world's top three quality evaluation organizations. Currently, over 80 judges operate across six sectors: alcoholic beverages, food, diet, health, cosmetics, and household products. These judges conduct independent global quality tests and scientific evaluations by accredited research institutions over 6 to 7 months to select and award outstanding products among the entries.

BioCos submitted the ‘Mystic Light Cica Refreshing Hydrogel Mask Pack’ this year and received the highest grade, the Grand Gold Award. Notably, LALUCELL also won the Jury Prize last year, which is awarded to only one item among the Grand Gold recipients.
The Mystic Light Cica Refreshing Hydrogel Mask Pack awarded this time is characterized by the use of E.BEAM technology, which sterilizes medical devices without using harmful crosslinking agents or preservatives.
Yooji Kang, CEO of BioCos, stated, "We believe that LALUCELL’s consecutive Grand Gold Awards at the internationally prestigious Monde Selection recognize our technological capabilities and brand. Meanwhile, among domestic cosmetics companies, Amorepacific, Nature Republic, and It's Skin have also received awards from Monde Selection.
