Growing Interest in 'Ilgwang Norwegian Forest Oceanforet' Expanding Consumer Choices

As the housing market is being reorganized around actual demand, construction companies are fiercely competing in specialized apartment designs. Innovative designs that allow spaces to be freely configured according to the preferences of buyers, rather than living in the monotonous spaces provided during the sales phase, are being introduced one after another.

The most representative example is the variety of options applied to new apartments.

In the past, apartment contract holders could only choose the size and type by size, and whether to extend the balcony or use movable walls. Because of this, many contract holders spent tens of millions of won on remodeling immediately after moving in, depending on their lifestyle and family composition.

Also, in some apartments, option items were included as basic items to inflate the sale price, or excessive package configurations made it impossible to select only the desired items, causing financial burdens.

Amid this, a complex that expands buyers' choices by offering various option items has attracted attention.

‘Ilgwang Norway Forest Ocean Foret,’ which opened its model house on the 12th (Friday) and began full-scale sales, is sufficiently luxurious even with the basic type without additional options, and the provision of detailed additional options allows for various space arrangements tailored to tastes, receiving great responses from visitors.

In fact, ‘Ilgwang Norway Forest Ocean Foret’ includes a foyer pantry, kitchen pantry, master bedroom dressing room, and alpha room as standard when the balcony is extended. Especially, pantry system shelves and bedroom dressing room vanity furniture are also provided as standard, enabling a luxurious living space without additional option configurations.

Additionally, a dedicated storage room for each household is provided free of charge, allowing convenient storage of bulky seasonal items or sports equipment.

In particular, only for successful applicants, some home appliances such as air dressers, dishwashers, induction cooktops, Himpel smart ventilators, and 13-inch wall pads, which are offered as paid options, will also be provided, giving contract holders the advantage of furnishing basic furniture and appliances without extra costs.

The spacious service area, reaching up to 15 pyeong (50.80㎡), also attracted high interest from buyers. The service area is an additional area provided beyond the exclusive area and is not included in the sale price. Therefore, the larger the service area, the more relatively wide actual usable space is provided compared to the sale price.

The exclusive 112㎡A type of ‘Ilgwang Norway Forest Ocean Foret’ has a service area of 50.80㎡, making the actual usable area 163.72㎡. Converted to pyeong, this corresponds to 49.5 pyeong, allowing contract holders to utilize the space in various ways according to their lifestyle and preferences.

A woman in her 40s, Ms. A, who visited the model house, said, “After visiting, I found that the balcony extension secures a wide usable space, and the specialized design that adds ample storage space is provided as standard, so I am very satisfied. Especially, since I can choose options according to my taste, I plan to create my own home within a reasonable budget through strategic option selection.”

Meanwhile, ‘Ilgwang Norway Forest Ocean Foret’ is being developed as a large complex with 11 buildings, ranging from 3 basement floors to a maximum of 29 floors above ground, totaling 1,294 households with exclusive areas of 84 to 112㎡, located in Icheon-ri, Ilgwang-eup, Gijang-gun, Busan Metropolitan City.

Applications start with special supply on April 22 (Monday), followed by first priority on the 23rd (Tuesday), second priority on the 24th (Wednesday), and winners will be announced on April 30 (Tuesday). The official contract period is from May 13 (Monday) to May 16 (Thursday) for four days. Move-in is scheduled for March 2027.

Applicants aged 19 or older residing in Busan Metropolitan City, Ulsan Metropolitan City, and Gyeongsangnam-do can apply for first priority regardless of home ownership if the deposit amount by region and area is met. Also, there is no obligation for actual residence, and resale restrictions last for six months from the announcement date of winners.
