Gachon University Signs MOU with UN Korea Association on the 16th

Gachon University has signed a business agreement with the United Nations Association of Korea.

On the 16th, Gachon University announced that it signed a business agreement with the United Nations Association of Korea at the Gachon Hall on campus to promote mutual exchange and cooperation for the successful hosting of the "29th National University Model United Nations Conference in 2024."

This agreement was made in preparation for the National University Model United Nations Conference, which will be held at Gachon University for four days from July 2 to 5, to ensure the event's preparation and successful hosting.

Gachon University signed an MOU with the United Nations Association of Korea on the 16th.

The United Nations Association of Korea is a public interest corporation registered with the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, actively working in the private sector to achieve the goals pursued by the UN, such as maintaining international peace, protecting human rights, and development cooperation. It conducts domestic and international exchange projects, youth education, and academic programs, and plays a role as a private diplomatic network hub through various exchange events including the National University Model United Nations Conference, the Korea-China-Japan Trilateral Youth Forum, and the UN Day commemorative events.

Jeon Sehun, an advisory member of the United Nations Association of Korea, said, "With this agreement, I hope that both organizations will actively cooperate to successfully hold this year's Model United Nations conference."
