DL E&C announced on the 16th that it will unveil a new housing exhibition hall starting with 'ePyeonhansesang Geumjeong Maison County,' which will be sold this month in Geumjeong-gu, Busan. This is an attempt to bring new changes by renewing the housing exhibition hall, which is the first meeting place with housing demanders and a key space for sales marketing.


The renovated ePyeonhansesang housing exhibition hall is characterized by enhancing the exhibition method so that customers can spend enough time and focus on viewing, making it a space where they decide their residence and life.


First, the model zone of the housing exhibition hall is designed as a space where visitors can examine the complex model as if appreciating an artwork. A video showcasing the four seasons of ePyeonhansesang's premium landscaping brand 'dePOEM' is played. The unit zone is arranged as a space where the characteristics of all unit types can be intuitively compared. Here, customers can directly touch and decide on each finishing material.


From the entrance of the housing exhibition hall to the consultation spaces, illustrations embodying the differentiated product values unique to ePyeonhansesang are also displayed. Through this, customers entering the housing exhibition hall feel as if they have come to an art gallery. The cafeteria offers a refined atmosphere during consultation waiting times with an interior resembling a luxury hotel lobby.


Along with the renewal of the housing exhibition hall, DL E&C will also unveil a new 'Key Visual' for ePyeonhansesang. The key visual refers to the core image used in project advertisements. Attractive works created in collaboration with various artists under the theme of the brand's main value, 'for excellent life,' will be sequentially introduced along with future sales complexes.


A DL E&C official said, "The housing exhibition hall is a place where customers stay and the first place to experience the brand, so its value is very high," adding, "We hope the newly introduced housing exhibition hall will not only be a space to obtain sales information but also a space to experience new lifestyle trends and the value of the ePyeonhansesang brand."
